Cultivate Tucson

CULTIVATE Tucson is a collective that hosts pop-up markets & events to cultivate & build relationships with artists, makers, designers, shops & the community. We are participating in the next sale on April 21, 2018 which is being held at the original Old Chicago Store (130 East Congress Street, Tucson).

This will be our first popup sale in Tucson and we are excited to bring you all sorts of native gems.

This is also a benefit: 10% of all proceeds will be going to Tucson Youth Development and 5% will be going to St. Elizabeth's Health Center (specifically for cancer patients).

Though we're selling all sorts of native species, for this sale we are going to try to sell as many creosote bushes (Larrea tridentata ) as possible. The smell most people associate with that "desert rain" smell comes from this plant. With all the development happening in the Old Pueblo, we wanna do our part to ensure that Tucson stays smelling like the desert. Everyone should have a creosote bush in their yard!
